2️⃣ Business-Related Pools
Pools that are part of a business but swimming is not the primary activity (hotels, campsites, spas, clubs).
- Operating license required
- Lifeguard present during opening hours (with some exceptions)
- Regular inspections by health & technical authorities
3️⃣ Private & Small Shared Pools
Pools in rental properties or shared pools serving up to 5 residences.
- No license required
- Lifeguard not required
- Random inspections, mostly during summer
